3. Donations
ACTS accepts donations of gently used clothing, household goods, furniture, electronics, and other items at our store locations and through our scheduled pickup service. Donated items become the sole property of ACTS upon receipt. ACTS reserves the right to decline any donation at its discretion. Donation receipts are provided for tax purposes; however, ACTS does not determine the tax-deductible value of your donation. Please consult a tax advisor for valuation guidance.
4. Giving & Helping Club
Participation in the ACTS Giving & Helping Club loyalty program is subject to the specific terms and conditions of that program. ACTS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time. Membership benefits, discounts, and rewards may change without notice.
5. Store Policies
All purchases made at ACTS Thrift Store locations are subject to the store policies posted at each location, including any applicable return, exchange, and refund policies. Pricing, availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice. ACTS reserves the right to limit quantities on any items.
6. Volunteer and Employment
Volunteer and employment opportunities described on this Site are subject to availability and ACTS's sole discretion. Submission of a volunteer or employment application does not guarantee acceptance or placement. Additional terms, background checks, or agreements may be required.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
