All Out Care, Inc. is a faith based, non-profit (application pending), corporation that was specifically formed to open a thrift store. The ACTS Thrift Store’s mission is to support the efforts of  the Lake Avenue Community Foundation (LACF) and it’s programs which include the Star’s tutoring program and its mentoring of neighborhood “At Risk” youth.

The thrift store recycles and sells donated clothing and usable goods, which generates income for LACF. By selling contributed recycled products and using selected volunteers, the ACTS Thrift Store makes a significant contribution to the outreach objectives of the Foundation.
